Your data, your choice

Use this form to ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it, or stop contacting you. We reply within one month, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first so that nobody else can request your data. You can also email contact@carenest.co.uk.

What happens next: we log your request, verify who you are, then act on it. Deleted records are kept in a 30-day recycle bin and then permanently erased with all stored files, unless the law requires us to keep something (for example right-to-work records), in which case we will tell you what and why.
